Shipping & Returns Policy

Overview

Our shipping and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Track my Order

On shipping your order we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.
You can check the shipment status of your order history on website & apps by entering the sent tracking number.

Shipping Destinations, Costs & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Costs & Delivery Times:
Inside Dhaka – 70 Taka – 48 Hours from confirming the Order
Outside Dhaka – 130 Taka – 72 Hours from confirming the Order

Returns

Products eligible for return
Perfumes Returns are accepted only for orders shipped within the same original purchase.
To be eligible, you must submit a return request on our website or apps within seven (5) days from the date your order was delivered. Requests received after this period cannot be processed.
Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect/mismatched product.
Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Kajran Perfumes item tags attached and any related sampling pieces and booklets included.
Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns, or anything we at Kajran Perfumes reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. In such cases, shipping charges will be paid by customers.
Return charges are not applicable if you met the above conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
